1 star is even too much.I received the wrong item on 27/Feb. I had ordered a green hat and received blue! I tried their website to find a telephone number or a page to register claim and found none. I emailed them since 28/Feb and even now on 17/March have not received a return label to ship the item back. I sent many reminders, almost no customer service.I have paid for the item since 20/Feb. and after 1 month neither have got the item nor refund.Do not shop here, wish i had checked trust pilot before ordering at this website. you will only loose money and time.
