1 star is even too much.
I received the wrong item on 27/Feb. I had ordered a green hat and received blue!
I tried their website to find a telephone number or a page to register claim and found none. I emailed them since 28/Feb and even now on 17/March have not received a return label to ship the item back. I sent many reminders, almost no customer service.
I have paid for the item since 20/Feb. and after 1 month neither have got the item nor refund.
Do not shop here, wish i had checked trust pilot before ordering at this website. you will only loose money and time.
Purchased pair of inline skates for daughters birthday, went off the sizing they state on the listing (30-33) as my daughter is in the middle so lots of growing room. Skates arrived and looked amazing however they looked small and when my daughter tried them on (at the largest setting) her feet were cramped. I got in touch to see if I could exchange for the next size up as she really likes the skates and was told a flat no because there was no wrong doing from their side. I accept this as a response however extremely disappointed as it’s clearly a sizing difference on THEIR side and not normal sizing with no reference on the listing page.

***MOVING REVIEW TO 5 STARS - AS THEY MENTIONED THEY HAD STAFF ISSUES AND RECTIFYING - They went out of their way to fix this and replace the item too service all round***I ordered some items YSP3247Your Sports Performance Review - if you get in touch with me and put this right I will up the stars.Note this is from the genuine website (not the one people confuse) yoursportsperformance.com1 item was great, 1 was missing (not refunded) and one the sizing was out.I emailed and asked if I could swap it for a size up. Initially they replied quickly to say there was no larger size. When I replied asking to swap the item to something else and returned process. COMPLETELY IGNORED. The items came without any documentation or paperwork to return them so I can only assume they do not accept returns or are trying to wait down the clock until it is too late (I think the items are coming from Europe too but not sure).
Again I put a 1 star review about this website that clearly has some kind of scam going on. If you review this company low as they definitely need to be. They will copy and paste a reply suggesting the consumer has ordered from a wrong domain. Do not trust this site.
