Ordered and was told delivery would be 7-10 days....After 10 working days, I e-mailed on 3 occasions to obtain an update with no reply....The I Fit heart rate monitor then was finally delivered from Poznan in Poland nearly a month after it was ordered...very happy with product but YSP communication is shocking. I ordered in good time for my wife's birthday and was disapponted it turned 3 weeks after.....
