No update after 10 days.Used website live chat-a bot not a person-no response even when it said the complaint would be sent to a staff member.3 emails sent to them asking for an update on my order...all ignored, not even an acknowledgement of my email.Wish had looked at this site before ordering from them...seems other people have had the same bad experience by this company.The company only replied after I raised a complaint with PayPal.Even then, they gave no apologies for the delay and just said the product was being sent out. The order will arrive 7 days after the guaranteed date when I bought it.
