Ordering was easier enough on the 14/1, 7-10 days delivery was quoted. When it got to 23/1 (day 12) and I had heard nothing I emailed them. They never replied. Luckily on the 24/1 I had a notification that it was going to be delivered, and I could track via Shop - this didn't work. I then received an email from them on 27/1 at 8am, to say it was going to be delivered and less than 15 minutes later it arrived. So, my daughter is very happy with her scooter. However, when I say poor comms from this organisation I actually mean no comms, they just ignored me. Also coupled with delivery dates estimates being completley wrong (simple email to me in advance would have smoothed this over, or even replying to my query) I could not recommend this company and will not be using again.
