After contacting the support team, who were incredibly helpful and quick to respond, the company took immediate action to resend it at no extra cost. I truly appreciate their efforts!

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Waiting nearly a month for a box of chocolates that cost €18, only to be informed about the shipping cost while blaming it on the courier. Avoid this service. Ordered on 10/12/25, and it’s now 06/01/26, still waiting.

Very dissatisfied with this service

Very dissatisfied with this service. I purchased a gift for Christmas and am still waiting to receive it. I’ve sent numerous emails requesting a full refund, and while they replied quickly, the issue remains unresolved. I missed Christmas, and it’s now 02/01/2026. I paid €38.41 but was refunded only €6.95 for shipping. This is unacceptable. I want a full refund.

The order was marked out for delivery on the 29th-30th. I contacted the service three days later, and they said they needed to check with their courier, which could take up to 3 working days. This is unacceptable; it should take hours, not days. I won't be using this service again. Today marks three working days, and I'm still awaiting confirmation regarding my order!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I wanted to change the shipping address just minutes after placing my order. The representative abruptly ended the chat, leaving me unable to make the change (I simply misspelled one word). Two days later, I received an email stating it was too late, as the parcel was already on its way. There’s no option for a refund if it doesn’t arrive. This service feels intentionally deceptive. Proceed with caution.

A delightful gift delivered on time

Initially, I found it hard to believe that a customized wooden box with a bottle of champagne and two glasses could be delivered to my mom's doorstep the next day - but it was! She adored it and was genuinely touched. It was such a wonderful surprise for her. No issues with the delivery person either.
