I ordered three mugs with a personalised photo on them. They arrived late and all broken in pieces. I’m now waiting to get a full refund but they said they don’t do refunds only credit notes. So far it has not been a good experience and I would not recommend Your Surprise. Unfortunately I can’t email them as their support email address is not working. Just an update on my experience. They sent out another set of mugs but unfortunately they were broken too but they were very apologetic and gave me a full refund so I was happy with that. A good company with lovely personalised products but just unfortunate with their packaging and delivery service.
