The tablets do not work as advertised. They break constantly and require a 10-15 minute reset on a consistent basis (the reset process requires holding down the buttons the entire time, if you let go you will need to start over). They became such a burden for our company that we started pulling them out of the apartments. We also waited weeks and even months for responses from support. We were promised features that either didn't work or were never developed. Don't make the same mistake we made, avoid this company.
