The software is in "trial" and there is no sync at all

We found YourWelcome on HOST 2019 event in November 2019. The subscription was bought for two accounts (M&M and PickThePlace) for two services (tablets itself and advanced check in process), and we started the onboarding process. The idea was to automate the check in process and have a tablet in each property which will promote our brand and automate order of taxi and cleaning services as well as provide guidance (how tv, oven, washing machine, etc works).Everything was fine until the moment we had to connect Your Welcome (YW) to our channel manager Rentals United (RU). YW staff promised us full synchronisation (Unfortunately, there is no written proof that they have full sync with RU, only verbal advertisement. However, they advertise the RU logo in their brochure page “Remote Guest Management”). But it was never working as it should be. YW used an API connection, which was half working half not. The properties were uploaded twice with wrong names, some properties were already removed from our portfolio, yet still were showing on our YW account. One M&M property is shown on a PTP account. Overall, quite a mess for us to find what and where to connect. We managed to connect the properties between YW and RU. Next problem was that half of the flats did not sync. For some reasons (even YW does not know why) half reservations for some of the flats were not shown. All that we had to figure out on a daily basis by checking what reservations are coming through. For a very long time this issue was not solved. Our YW account manager Rikesh was supportive in terms of answering our email, but none real help was received. We could not even place tablets to the flats, because we did not know how many of them were working. YW kept saying to ask RU for help, while RU were simply saying they don’t work with YW and it is not their problem. It took us more than a year to push them to deal with RU. Right now, they signed the contract to work together, however, it is quite late, and we do not want this service anymore.All together YW service is a very raw program. It seems that we were taking part in a trial of this app. So many issues and errors which every time we need to report, and we were answered that their IT will look into it.
