I initially had difficulty connecting to WiFi because the instructions are very hard to follow unless you are quite computer literate.However after contacting them by email a very helpful man phoned me back and was extremely patient while he led me through the setup process. I am now very pleased with the device and its operation.I would recommend their customer service
