Over a period of time, I bought 3 battery controlled clocks from Youshiko.I lost the instructions and was having issues with setting one of them after inserting new batteries.I got in touch with them, and they replied almost immediately sending me the link to the instructions (which I’ve kept for future use).The customer services representative was pleasant, polite and resolved my issue straight away.
