Just wanted to post some positive feedback for Youshiko Customer Service. I bought one of their weather stations 5 years ago. Earlier this week it developed a small but odd problem, in essence it thought it was a US variant instead of the UK one it had been for 5 years. I couldn't fix it myself so reached out to Youshiko UK. To my delight and surprise they came back to me in less than an hour with instructions on something to try and lo and behold it worked at the first attempt. Given the age of the unit I really wasn't expecting them to be very helpful at all so they really exceeded my expectations, hence coming here to record that.
