I am totally confused reading five star reviews for customer service. I have been in contact by email regarding my outdoor sensor not working . The replies appear to be auto generated and not helpful. My unit was purchased on the 16 th July via Amazon. My outdoor sensor has stopped working. I have been told that I can return the sensor but if it has been affected by rain the warranty will be void. Seriously it is an outside sensor, it rains, it can get damp as well. I have it in a sheltered wall beside another youshiko sensor which is working perfectly well. It seems to me that if I send it back to youshiko as they have suggested they will test it and if damaged by water they will not replace it. That to me is extremely poor customer support.
