My contact with Youshiko concerned my sister's radio controlled wall clock. It has worked perfectly for 2 years since purchased but she accidentally caused it to drop. The temperature changed from centigrade to Farenheit.Unable to revert it I contacted Youshiko who immediately responded by telephone and email. Such an efficient back up is much appreciated.
