Today my YC9470 display went dim. The unit is 3 years old. Not the backlight which was fine, but the numbers. I contacted support and they responded within an hour. They made me aware that when powercycling the unit I also needed to remove the CR2032 battery. I have to admit that I had completely forgotten the existence of this battery. This did effect the restoration of the display and all is good now. They also recommended that I replaced the battery as well. Am very impressed with the support of this company.
