First Class customer service from Youshiko - my weather station went totally 'off-line' and I was having difficulty syncing the sensor with the display and also connecting to WiFi. I emailed the customer service team and they responded within an hour with detailed instructions for a complete reset - all worked and syste now connected and back on-line - fantastic service !
