Overpriced, ridiculous fees for such cheaply made foreign product. You could easily just 3d print the same thing here. This wasnt always the case with youtooz either they got greedier and this causes issues with shipping every single time. It takes forever and sits in warehouses for so long. It's been 2 months for a small parcel. It's literally here in the US just sitting. For over 100 dollars I'd have hoped for something more sophisticated.

Total waste of time and money.

A complete waste of time and money. My package never arrived, and getting a refund seems impossible; it’s been almost 6 months. My tracking number vanishes shortly after I receive it, making my order untraceable. That’s $40 gone for good. I am extremely frustrated with this service. Purchasing from this unreliable platform is a serious gamble. All I want is my money back.

They require upfront payment for pre-orders without any refund options. In some cases, products can be delayed by as much as 6 months, and the delivery service is quite inadequate. Both the company and the delivery service lack accountability. Customer support is slow and only provides automated replies. It's advisable to avoid spending money here.

Neither the company nor the delivery service takes responsibility. The customer support is slow, taking several days to provide unhelpful automated responses. Do not waste your money.

Order Still Not Received

I have yet to receive my order placed back in September. It's now 2026, and the expected delivery date has changed multiple times. This will likely be my last order here. The wait time is unacceptable. I've ordered internationally before, and it has never taken this long. Even for pre-orders, the wait should be 1-2 months. The company needs to improve its processes. And no, I don't want a refund just to cancel my order. After waiting nearly 5 months, I expect something. I was excited about future purchases, but now I'm reconsidering.

Impressed with Shipping and Handling

I was very impressed with the shipping and handling of my recent purchase. The items were Christmas gifts, and I was unsure if they would arrive on time, but they did! I also received an unexpected item that I thought would arrive much later. My daughter was thrilled! We've had great experiences in the past, and this time was no exception.
