Worst customer service ever, I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I contacted the company more than three times for a status update. I received one generic response saying someone would follow up—no one ever did. None of my inquiries were addressed.In January I attempted to cancel due to the delay and lack of communication, only to receive notice that the order had already shipped. I am now returning the item and must pay shipping both ways, despite the company’s failure to deliver on time or communicate properly.Extremely poor customer service. I would not order from this company again.
