Do not risk buying anything from this company that you might possibly need to return. It's been almost 2 months since I initiated a return on July 1st. Despite their promised 48 hour customer service response time, it took weeks and multiple follow up emails on my part to receive return authorization. The pair of shoes that I returned was delivered by certified mail to Y.R.U. Returns on August 4th. I also purchased the Free Unlimited Return with my order. Both the shoes and box are in perfect condition. 3 weeks later I've received no response to my repeated request for an update. I also tried texting the customer service text number, which is not being monitored.
