Horrible customer service.I bought 4 pairs of shoes during a sale, a MONTH later, nothing has shipped and, after I’ve emailed them about this, they tell me that 2 out of 4 shoes are actually out of stock. Why sell something you don’t have? Keep better track of your inventory. On top of that, they refund the price of the shoes, but not the tax nor the additional shipping fees. Shipping for shoes is EXPENSIVE and they got to ship for HALF THE WEIGHT, yet refused to refund me the difference. On top of that, I emailed them MULTIPLE TIMES about them not refunding the correct amount, want to know what they said? NOTHING. No response at all!! So I go to Affirm, the payment company that I used, and they’re like “well it’s just how it is, you have to pay the extra shipping”. Their shoes aren’t cool enough for this headache, there are other brands than YRU, particularly ones that respect and respond to their customers.I’m so angry with them. They have absolutely horrid customer experiences.
