We had an accident and a friend suggested this service to us. Unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly disappointing. First, we had to travel from one city to another at our own expense to collect a courtesy car. After a few weeks, we were informed they would pick up the courtesy car and return our vehicle without any repairs or financial assistance for repairs. We were instructed to get a repair estimate, which came to £8,775. After nearly a month of waiting, we only received £2,800, which is significantly less than the actual repair cost. Attempts to contact them for clarification were met with excuses, and they stopped responding altogether. This level of service is unacceptable. I'm sharing this review to inform others about our experience and encourage caution when considering this service.
