My relative's vehicle has been with them for five months, and when we call for updates, we only receive vague responses. They haven't followed through on any of their advertised promises. We had to arrange the courtesy car ourselves and constantly follow up, as they rarely answer calls or provide updates. We're financially impacted due to their inaction. After five months, they informed us there was 'no response from the third party' and that the next step would be court; however, five weeks later, they still haven't initiated any court proceedings. I strongly advise against using this service as they are ineffective and consistently shift the blame.

We had an accident and a friend suggested this service to us. Unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly disappointing. First, we had to travel from one city to another at our own expense to collect a courtesy car. After a few weeks, we were informed they would pick up the courtesy car and return our vehicle without any repairs or financial assistance for repairs. We were instructed to get a repair estimate, which came to £8,775. After nearly a month of waiting, we only received £2,800, which is significantly less than the actual repair cost. Attempts to contact them for clarification were met with excuses, and they stopped responding altogether. This level of service is unacceptable. I'm sharing this review to inform others about our experience and encourage caution when considering this service.
