I have never received the parcel. Wait 14 days to ask for refund per advice of customer service staff of YSL. I received an email from YSL beauty - asking for my prove of ID / contact the delivery company to investigate why the parcel havent arrive with their response. Also I have to write a sworn statement and sign too.OMG, I have to do their work to check why Evri havent deliver and my innocent that I dont trick YSL Beaty. Would never shop again with YSL beaty again if the policy still like this! You shop with expectation to receive the item, not to be treated like this.
