I attempted to order perfume for my mum several times using two different discount codes from YSL. Unfortunately, neither code worked resulting in 'unknown' error messages. I contacted Margret at YSL Beauty UK Customer Services who told me to place my order without a code & contact them as soon as I had done this so they could then provide me with the discount from their end. Unfortunately, I never received the discount & despite several attempts to contact Customer Services I get no reply,A very poor, unprofessional & deceitful organisation.
