Although it was supposed to be sent via fast post, I'm still waiting for it in January, which is excessive even considering the holiday season. I've been without my bike for three months now. While I understand they faced financial issues, they promised good customer service upon relaunch, which I haven't seen. I experienced similar delays when purchasing my bike in 2024, which is indicative of ongoing poor customer service and delivery.
