Disappointing service experience

I ordered a part soon after the company resumed operations following their administration. The service has been poor; I paid for the item eight weeks ago, and nothing has been sent. It's nearly impossible to get a response via email, and their phone lines direct me to email instead. Regardless of their workload, it shouldn't take this long to reply to customers. I'm starting to think this new setup is a scam!

It's almost impossible to get an email response, and their phone lines are unanswered, directing me to email instead. Regardless of how busy they are, it shouldn't take this long to respond to a customer. I'm beginning to suspect this new arrangement is a scam!

Three months waiting for a basic spare part

I needed a replacement axle and reached out in October. After weeks of no responses, they finally replied, stating I couldn't order the part yet online or through support. I managed to order it myself on December 11 after spotting it on the site, without any help from them despite having an open ticket. Although it was supposed to be sent via fast post, I'm still waiting for it in January, which is excessive even considering the holiday season. I've been without my bike for three months now. While I understand they faced financial issues, they promised good customer service upon relaunch, which I haven't seen. I experienced similar delays when purchasing my bike in 2024, which is indicative of ongoing poor customer service and delivery.

Consider buying from a store instead

I ordered a bike months ago and was told it was on the way, but with no tracking information. When I called, they informed me the shipment was somewhere in the Pacific Ocean and couldn't provide a delivery date. They even tried to upsell me a more expensive model, but I refused. Eventually, I settled for a different model that arrived on time but was damaged. To this day, I still haven't received the correct headset, and they’ve sent the wrong one twice, insisting it should work. It doesn’t fit at all and could damage my bike frame. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

Some parts were unavailable on the website. I called the service center, and they confirmed the items were in stock and dispatched them the same day. Excellent service.

Positive service experience for current riders

I understand there’s a lot happening with the company right now, but I must leave a positive review. I ride one of their bikes and urgently needed replacement parts for my shock assembly before a race. I couldn't place an order online, but after emailing them, they responded within 24 hours, placed the order for me, and dispatched the items the same day. I'm excited to race now!

Received my bike ahead of schedule

I received my bike a month earlier than anticipated, which was a nice surprise. It arrived well-packaged and included extra tools I hadn't expected. Most importantly, the price was competitive!

Mixed experience with customer service

I had a disappointing experience with customer service. I ordered a bike in May and received it in July. Initially, there were no issues, but the brakes were faulty from the start. I began the replacement process in July, and here we are in October with still no resolution. Update: In November, I finally received a replacement.
