I ordered a bike months ago and was told it was on the way, but with no tracking information. When I called, they informed me the shipment was somewhere in the Pacific Ocean and couldn't provide a delivery date. They even tried to upsell me a more expensive model, but I refused. Eventually, I settled for a different model that arrived on time but was damaged. To this day, I still haven't received the correct headset, and they’ve sent the wrong one twice, insisting it should work. It doesn’t fit at all and could damage my bike frame. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
