Long Story short: 0 customer support.I've been trying to claim my broken under the protective cover frame under warranty for 2.5 months now. They simply sent a quote requesting for 1743.50€ to replace it under "crash replacement". I am still in the 5 year warranty/guarantee of course. The company is a fraud. Avoid at all cost.If you are having a similar experience in the EU, file a complaint with the ECC. At least let the officials know of this.
