But their warranty process has turned into a 15-week stall filled with delays, broken agreements, and total silence from leadership.My Jeffsy frame cracked. I submitted a warranty claim and agreed to a black replacement frame, a compromise I made in good faith even though it wasn’t my original preference. But that frame never arrived. After more than three months of follow-ups and escalation, the only recent development has been a recycled estimate that I might receive the same black frame in another 8 weeks, with no guarantee or transparency.Andreas from YT USA has responded, but his messages have been limited, rigid, and lacking any transparency, empathy, or customer-first mindset. Meanwhile, YT’s leadership, including their CEO, Managing Director, and President, have not responded at all, despite my detailed outreach.YT’s marketing paints a picture of a brand that supports its riders. But when something goes wrong, there is no support in sight. Not one public-facing customer service response exists on any platform. Just silence.I’ve saved all communications and am sharing this to help others make an informed decision.
