going on 2 weeks since order and zero communication. Emailed customer support and got an auto response with a ticket number about a week ago and still nothing. Tried calling today and they won't even take my call. Starting to feel like this is a scam . Just got a notification that the bike I want to order for my wife is back in stock but can't see myself giving them more business if they can't even handle the current order. Edit: got my bike and it’s great. Communication was great up till the order was placed and then again once the bike was shipped. Just next more communication in between.
