I as the secretary of all utilities in the Motor repair business I ran with my husband which CLOSED on the 2nd May 2025.Yu Energy had had a Email stating the closure with appx 30 mays notice, and I asked for a final balance. Total Amount Credited £156.78" which was never received into my account! But a final balance of £14.68 was issued Confused ? This is what Energy companies do and you get charged TWICE. However TODAY 20/3/26 Yu Energy send me a "DO NOT IGNORE: Notice of Further Action" for £14.68 WHY? I have all the emails stating the account closed STANDING BALANCE ZERO. And if I Receive another VEXATIOUS Demand for MONIES ALREADY CONFIRMED PAID, I will charge my going rate of £250 ph. If Yu Energy want to respond or ask for any proof That will be charged at my going rate. ALL ENERGY COMPANIES Are not fit for purpose and to make matters WORSE, The rep. forgetting to put her phone on MUTE was discussing my telling her there was nothing to pay and mimicking my demands "She wants this she wants that" Who does she think she is! This is what they employ to SAFE GUARD YOU ARE GETTING A CORRECT BILL! God help US, NOT 1 OF THEM CAN ADD UP or do simple MATHS & as it now appears they CAN'T READ THEIR OWN EMAILS.
