I had a very good experience with this gas energy company. The service was efficient and everything was explained clearly. I especially want to mention Leyla, who was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the process. She made sure all my questions were answered and kept everything running smoothly. Impossible to get hold of customer services .I have been on hold for 45 minutes and no answer I have tried live chat and after getting past AI transfer to an advisor didn't happen
I have also tried generating a query for them to get back to me but to no avail still waiting after 9days
Fabricated bills
In October 2023 I received a bill for around 700
Almost three times my normal bill
I queried it and was assured it was inaccurate and would be amended a manger would deal with it etc
November the bill rose to a thousand pounds and still I hadn’t heard a thing
In December 2023 they arrived to install a pre payment meter with bailiffs and the police
I was worried about costs and Refused the pre payment meter
They removed my meter and left me without electricity at all
Bearing in mind the warrant was to install a meter not disconnecting
I haven’t had an electric supply since then and my current bill is a staggering 10000 pounds
Yes Ten thousand pounds 14 months without electricity all for questioning a 700£ bill
I even thought of selling the business to get away from them
The more I search and google the more people I see whom have been robbed of thousands of pounds and have to electricity at all

I am existing customer. I wanted to look at my renewal options. I went on my online account and click Renew Now. It takes you to a customer support page. I decided to click the chat bot, which asks for all your information. Then it gives you limited options. If you write anything else it comes back with the response, 'I do not understand'. I managed to try a it a few times and select the options to speak to someone. It said transferring and then did nothing else. I couldn't sit there and do that all again so I decided to call. No options for renewal. Got someone after waiting 35mins. She transferred me to someone else. Then was put on hold for 10 mins. The 2nd person asked if I wanted a renewal, asked me to hold. I waited for another 10mins and then the phone went dead. No call back, no follow up. Extremely poor customer service
I assist various local businesses with their energy management and supply and have interacted with multiple suppliers on their behalf. My client, a camping site, faced significant issues with their previous provider - high charges and poor customer service, only reachable through online chat. Nothing got resolved! However, the new energy provider was a refreshing change! We could call and talk to a real person! A very helpful representative addressed our questions and sorted them out immediately. I was added as a contact right away, and our VAT Certificate was processed, with an updated bill issued overnight! Impressive? The previous provider took almost three months for the same task! Therefore, I will certainly recommend this energy provider to my other commercial clients. Outstanding customer service and very competitive rates!
This was my first interaction with the company, and the support provided by the representative was remarkable. Many companies overlook the significance of establishing a strong connection with their customers, but this individual truly excelled in that regard.
The representative was prompt in resolving the issues I faced with my account. I'm now waiting to see if the remaining problem is fixed. The account concerns have been handled well, and I'm hopeful about the IT issue being addressed. Overall, a positive experience so far.
Steer clear of this service. We still can't access our bills after months of problems, and now they're threatening legal action. How can I pay a bill that I can't view? Their web chat is ineffective. They have never responded to my multiple emails. Every time I call, I end up waiting in line for over an hour. Their 'customer support' claims to have resolved the issue after each call, but it remains unfixed.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The service is appalling, with a complete lack of internal coordination. I received threatening messages and emails about site visits and disconnections, even though I had paid over £2k as a deposit during setup. They never requested a direct debit setup and attempted to impose extra charges due to their own errors. I filed a complaint in December and have yet to receive a response. I plan to switch to another provider once my current agreement ends in a few months. The automated system asks for my account number repeatedly, and every time I connect with a representative, they ask for it again. I've encountered mostly unprofessional and rude individuals during my interactions. I can't understand how this service operates with such low standards—it's worse than what you'd expect from a third-world country, which is why I filed a complaint.
