I ordered two handmade door stoppers directly from a website, featuring rat and lizard designs. My disappointment cannot be overstated. While I understand handmade items can vary, I expected them to at least resemble the images shown online in terms of size, shape, and overall look. Unfortunately, this was not the case for what I received. Additionally, the door stoppers are very lightweight and ineffective for keeping doors open. The quality of the crochet work is poor, with the stuffing clearly visible. The customer service is unacceptable; I reached out to the company twice over 12 days without a response. When they finally did reply, they directed me to follow the instructions on the Returns Page, which was unhelpful, as that page advises contacting customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. I have sent three follow-up emails in the three weeks since and have yet to receive any response.
