I have played this casino continuously for 3 yrs. Today was the worst experience I havr ever had and will not go back now. Honestly loved the games however the customer service was absolutely horrible today. Also, have noticed the higher you get in status the less you will win. Never won anything decent from this casino, and the miniscule amount you do manage to get, you have to wait 48hrs+ to withdraw, as their sketchy way to try to entice you to reverse it. Imagine trying to do this in a physical casino. Avoid.

The supposed 48hr hold on a withdrawal is also not cool. Saying its for security reasons I call BS as most other sites transfer in a timely fashion ( well known for within the hour of requesting) so you holding it just shows you aim to have them reverse the request and play it all back.
