I have played this casino continuously for 3 yrs. Today was the worst experience I havr ever had and will not go back now. Honestly loved the games however the customer service was absolutely horrible today. Also, have noticed the higher you get in status the less you will win. I can attach pics of bonus offerd in chat and they weren't going to give it to me. They did eventually but def try somewhere else.. very disappointed
