Honestly couldn’t have picked a more cowboy company. Firstly made to jump through hoops to even connect your bank account to the Yuma system but then had the cheek to say may be EIGHT working days to receive any payment. After advertising one working day. Says 24 hour help on the website, yet no one is willing to help. After 4 weeks the system itself broke and will not turn on and now I’m stuck £300+ out of pocket. No way to take orders and a load of phone calls and emails being ignored. Or answered and promised to reply. They even had the cheek to ask my wife to remove her negative review on trust pilot after adding an item to the back office. Ridiculous, I’ve asked over 10 times for an address do return the faulty till system to and been ignored. Now looking like we will have to go through small claims court and trading standards now. Sad but why should we be out of pocket for their dodgy systems? Even the local tech guy came and said the sumni mini are known for this fault and to avoid like the plague!
