I was excited to find this shop due to its amazing selection of items not available locally. I ordered on Nov 22 and received it on Dec 23, which is long (within the region) but understandable given the busy season. Each item was well-packaged, and I appreciated the effort. However, one bottle arrived spilled, and three items were completely missing. The box was otherwise intact. I emailed the company with photos of the broken bottle and received a prompt reply, which I appreciated. They asked for more pictures and mentioned filing a claim, but due to the holidays, it would be a lengthy process. I requested compensation for the missing items instead of focusing on the broken bottle, as I had already discarded the box. Then, I was left without any further communication. I followed up multiple times, waited for the holidays to pass, and emailed again after New Year's without any response. It’s disappointing because I was excited to find a shop with my favorite items. Customer service is terrible. Never again. --- After receiving a reply, I changed my review from 2 to 1 star --- 1. I was definitely missing three items and had one broken bottle. 2. I had no replies after Dec 23rd, nor was I issued a refund or store credit as stated in their policies. 3. I waited until Jan 5th to follow up with a proper email after the holidays. 4. I received multiple emails asking me to delete my review and long rants unrelated to my issue. 5. I have not received a refund yet. --edit 3---- Refund received, along with lengthy messages about my actions. Please enjoy the refund....Life is short!
