I was excited to find this shop due to its amazing selection of items not available locally. I ordered on Nov 22 and received it on Dec 23, which is long (within the region) but understandable given the busy season. Each item was well-packaged, and I appreciated the effort. However, one bottle arrived spilled, and three items were completely missing. The box was otherwise intact. I emailed the company with photos of the broken bottle and received a prompt reply, which I appreciated. They asked for more pictures and mentioned filing a claim, but due to the holidays, it would be a lengthy process. I requested compensation for the missing items instead of focusing on the broken bottle, as I had already discarded the box. Then, I was left without any further communication. I followed up multiple times, waited for the holidays to pass, and emailed again after New Year's without any response. It’s disappointing because I was excited to find a shop with my favorite items. Customer service is terrible. Never again. --- After receiving a reply, I changed my review from 2 to 1 star --- 1. I was definitely missing three items and had one broken bottle. 2. I had no replies after Dec 23rd, nor was I issued a refund or store credit as stated in their policies. 3. I waited until Jan 5th to follow up with a proper email after the holidays. 4. I received multiple emails asking me to delete my review and long rants unrelated to my issue. 5. I have not received a refund yet. --edit 3---- Refund received, along with lengthy messages about my actions. Please enjoy the refund....Life is short!
Poor experience with the company. I ordered specific wine gums, but received a different variety. After raising a dispute, I was told I had to pay for return shipping, which is a significant portion of my refund. Communication from the seller was non-existent. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are among the worst I have dealt with. Edit - now I receive emails asking me to remove this review, claiming they will escalate the matter legally. This is unacceptable. They also lie about the resolution of my case. Avoid this organization.
I ordered mints that were clearly displayed in the image. The product description specified the exact item. However, what I received was not what I expected. When I contacted support, they stated I received what I ordered, claiming packaging changes without further replies. Had I known, I wouldn’t have ordered. Edit: In retaliation, they posted my full name and address in violation of privacy policies. They have changed the product listing, claiming it stated this prior to my order, which it did not. This is unacceptable behavior.
Not just a store, they’re genuine. When you email, you get a real human response. Every item in my box was wrapped with care. Authentic shop with great quality and excellent value. I don’t mind paying more to support a small business rather than a large corporation. I’m about to place my 31st order and can’t get enough. You receive free gifts after more than ten orders. The negative reviewer must be mistaken. If you can’t afford shipping, don’t buy. This shop is fantastic, the staff are kind, and I even receive cheerful notes inside the box. I’ll never stop buying here.
Avoid this company; they sent fewer items than ordered and only refunded the item cost without compensation for packaging differences. When items arrived damaged, they only refunded a basic amount. After providing evidence, they took no responsibility for the courier issues. My experience has shown a lack of accountability from this seller.

They later made false legal threats regarding my PayPal dispute, which lacks any basis. I escalated the issue with PayPal, who ruled in my favor. The seller has since removed my previous review, claiming it was defamatory. This experience highlighted a lack of integrity and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to avoid this retailer.
