The charcuterie and Welsh cheeses arrived as expected, but unfortunately, the product from another supplier was incorrect despite receiving a proper order confirmation. The representative was confrontational and unhelpful, even after I provided my order confirmation. I still haven't been able to resolve this issue with the supplier, and I regret my decision to order from them. This has made my holiday preparations even more challenging.
