Review Time
I placed three separate orders from a service. The charcuterie and Welsh cheeses arrived as expected, but unfortunately, the product from another supplier was incorrect despite receiving a proper order confirmation. The representative was confrontational and unhelpful, even after I provided my order confirmation. I still haven't been able to resolve this issue with the supplier, and I regret my decision to order from them. This has made my holiday preparations even more challenging. Goodbye to my twenty pounds.
I am truly let down by what was delivered for £40. A small bottle of soda, a tiny jar of jam, and a regular-sized bag of chips, along with a few other quite ordinary items. Everything appeared much larger and more appealing in the advertisement, so much for a low sugar "Hamper."
My son surprised me with a fantastic hamper that I loved, so I decided to order a box of bars for myself. The selection in the hamper was excellent, and I've enjoyed every item. Following a low carb diet means I often miss out on treats when I go to coffee shops with friends, but now I bring a bar along! My only issue is that the carb value is hard to read due to the small print and its placement on the wrappers (in a fold). I find myself unwrapping it and taking a photo to enlarge it. Including a macro breakdown in the app or on a sheet with the delivery would definitely earn a five-star rating from me! I'm excited to try more products in the future!
It was sent to my nephew instead of me, but it arrived on time, and he was pleased. We received good notice about the delivery. I hear the contents are being enjoyed enthusiastically. Well done! I might order again, although this was beer and they mainly offer food.
The delivery came later than promised, but it still arrived before December 1st. The cakes are nice, but there's not much variety, so it became a bit boring midway through. They weren't evenly spread across the days either. Overall, it's nice, but I wouldn't order again.
