I received my order yesterday in the post, unfortunately I received 60 tablets instead of the 90 I had ordered. This was the first time (after multiple orders placed) that an error had occurred. I contacted the helpline and was asked to send an email with a photo of the box I received. I did this and within 24hrs I had received a nice apology email from Viwe and confirmation that the missing tablets had been dispatched to fulfill my order. I am impressed by the customer service who rectified my issue quickly without fuss.
