Review Time
I have a bichon frise who is 13. Bella has suffered from allergies all her life.
So I have to watch what product she
has.
She could not walk to far and would not dream of climbing the stairs.
She has been on the chews 6 weeks now and they have made such a vast improvement on her life.
I have used yumove for some time been very good.
Unfortunately I lost my dog just over two weeks ago and some tablets were on the way to me.
They told me to send them back for full refund they sent me a code for free postage.
I received the refund after a couple of days excellent service.
Excellent customer service and the products really do work. Our dog, at the age of just 4, was told she would need a replacement hip. She limped, occasionally yelped and was very stiff. Since taking Jointcare plus she hasn’t limped since. It’s like there is nothing wrong with her at all. No limping, no signs of pain, no stiffness and she runs around like a puppy. We are so pleased we took this root rather than going straight for the hip replacement. She has been taking them for over a year, but they started taking effect within days.
They delivered 2 strips of 30 rather than 3 strips on my latest delivery. I emailed them on Saturday, Duncan from theri support emailed me back over the weekend and asked for a photo, noew box with 90 turned up this morning (Tuesday).
Great product and excelent customer service
I can honestly say YuMOVE has made a huge difference to my elderly French Bulldog.
Before starting the tablets, she was really struggling with her back legs and had become quite hesitant and less confident moving around. Since being on YuMOVE, the improvement has been fantastic. She’s much more mobile, more confident on her back legs, and overall seems happier and more comfortable. It’s been lovely to see her regain some of that confidence again.
The only negative I would mention is the number of emails. There are quite a lot, and at one point I was close to cancelling my subscription purely because of the volume of messages. Slowing these down a bit would really improve the overall experience.
That said, the product itself is excellent and does exactly what it promises. I would absolutely recommend YuMOVE to anyone with an older dog who needs that extra support.
I received my order yesterday in the post, unfortunately I received 60 tablets instead of the 90 I had ordered. This was the first time (after multiple orders placed) that an error had occurred. I contacted the helpline and was asked to send an email with a photo of the box I received. I did this and within 24hrs I had received a nice apology email from Viwe and confirmation that the missing tablets had been dispatched to fulfill my order. I am impressed by the customer service who rectified my issue quickly without fuss.
Milly is 15 now and was in rescue kennels for a long time before coming to live with me. She was a bit stiff on her back legs through jumping up and down at the window. Her journey with Yumove plus max for the time she has been with me ( 6+ years) has made a huge difference to her life. She is full of energy and loves swimming ( try getting her out of the water when we visit the New Forest ). Easy to give in her breakfast. Looking forward to more adventures. 😁🐕
I wasn’t going to leave a review for YuMove, but they have sent me so many reminders and requests to review, so here goes.
Sadly I found this product a waste of money as it’s proved to be totally ineffective for us. We have a big lad, a 6 year old Rottweiler x who weighs in around 48-49kg, he is not fat or overweight by any stretch of the imagination, he is a large well muscled dog. He gets a “bit stiff” when on his morning walks, I fear maybe the early signs of arthritis in a front shoulder/elbow.
As recommended we started him on 3 x YuMOVE Joint Care PLUS + MAX STRENGTH daily bites each day for the first 30 days. This had no effect so for 2nd month we had him on one and half daily bites, as recommended by YuMOVE. At the end of the 2nd month there was no improvement so we upped his daily dose to 2 daily bites a day for the 3rd month, but again no improvement.
YuMOVE advertise that improvement should be seen in 6 weeks, well we have had no improvement whatsoever after 12 weeks.
We will not be persisting with YuMOVE it has proved to be a very expensive experiment.
I would not recommend this product.
