Spoke with Rebecca about a double signup charge refund (double charge was because the previous owner gave me the wrong gas gprn so signup had to be done twice). Rebecca found that I had actually already been refunded - I did not see it in the statement as I had tons of stuff I needed to buy for my new place. She was extremely understanding and professional.
