Since day dot, dealing with Yuno has been a pleasure. The agents are friendly and helpful, they have been honest and upfront about everything, and for once, I’ve come to the end of a 12 month contract and not been forced to move providers to get a better deal!
Be wary when signing up to Yuno energy if you want cheaper bills. They charge you a €77 sign up deposit which will be taken from your first Bill. When your first Bill comes you are charged the different plus another prediction for your next bill. I was supposed to pay €39 for my first bill but I ended up paying €197 and this will continue as they use an advanced predictive billing system. Do not change to Yuno of you want cheaper monthly bills. It won't happen. We left our last supplier because our 2 month Bill was €400 but with Yuno we are on track to paying €200 every month.
Unfortunately their is No Option too give 0 Stars ,Because it would be my Rating , for this Shower of Thiefing Cowboys 🤷..

Between arrogant Staff and Bully tactics too Their overcharging methods ..
Absolutely need too be Properly Audited..
This is a Company too avoid at all Costs ..
Or literally you will end up Paying for it ..
The Paying ahead by a Month is ridiculous too ..

The waiting time at Yuno Energy was quite long, but the agent who assisted me, Rebecca, was excellent. She was kind, apologized for the delay, and resolved my issue very quickly. I also had a few additional questions that were not exactly her responsibility, but she still tried her best to help and clarify them. Great service from her, but the waiting time could be improved.
Luke was very helpful today, dedicating his time to address my concerns with the app. Unfortunately, he was unable to resolve the issues due to a software problem. I hope this will be communicated to the app development team.
I’m very dissatisfied with the service we received. A salesperson from the company visited and clearly stated that we would be charged 22 cents per kWh if we switched. Based on that assurance, we decided to sign up. However, after the switch, we are being billed at 31 cents per kWh, much higher than promised. This feels deceptive, and had we known the actual rate upfront, we would not have switched. Customers deserve clear and accurate information, and this experience has shattered our trust. I recommend others verify all details in writing before committing to this service.

Things were fine at first, but in recent months, they have been charging increasingly more. What was supposed to be 359 euros this month turned into 411 euros taken from my bank account shortly after. I'm not happy with this situation and look forward to contacting them on Monday to clarify.
