Spent nearly an hour on the phone querying why my bill had more than doubled. They were unable to explain it “until my bill came out”. The bill will come out on the same day that my account will be charged. Reviewing my usage in the Yuno app did not explain such a dramatic change. No call back available and when I asked for this to be escalated I was told it will take up to 21 days. Pointless when I will be charged in 3 days time.
