I’m extremely disappointed with our experience. A salesperson from the company visited our home and clearly stated that we would be charged 22 cents per kWh if we switched. Based on that assurance, we decided to sign up. However, after the switch, we are now being billed at 31 cents per kWh, which is significantly higher than what was promised. This feels misleading and untrustworthy, and had we known the actual rate upfront, we would not have made the switch. Customers deserve clear and accurate information, and this experience has completely shattered our trust. I strongly recommend that others verify all details in writing before making any commitments with this service.
