Today 05/03/26 at 10:21 I called Yuno Energy to explain my problems , I stay on the line for 45 minutes, a girl answers and sends me to another girl, where that girl yells at me as if she were the police and I did something, after she calls the manager bad attitude and very Angry and he yells at me loudly, I'm sorry for what ???? Because I need to ask you advice? You have to be patient with people and give them a nice answer, not like that, aggressive with a scandalous tone just for an explanation, shame on you Yuno Energy and the whole company that steals money from Omanis! Stupid, unprofessional staff, no respect, do not recommend signing a contract with them again, please! First time the take 150€ Aftar 2 months the take 270€ a month bad decision
