Extremely poor experience from start to finish.
I was charged €416.97 in my first month without any proper justification or accurate reflection of my actual usage. The amount was taken without prior notice, which caused serious inconvenience as I had other financial commitments.
I do not have a smart meter, and I was only able to submit a single meter reading. Based on that, the company appears to have created a completely unrealistic projection of my usage. Even so, the estimate they applied is far higher than what would reasonably be expected.
For context, this is a small home, we are out working most of the day, and we do not use high-consumption appliances such as a dishwasher, tumble dryer, or electric vehicle. The level of billing simply does not make sense.
Customer service is equally disappointing. The live chat is unusable – long waiting times, and if your phone screen turns off, the session is lost and you have to start again from scratch. I tried multiple times and could not get proper assistance.
There is no proper email support, and calling them was a waste of time as the issue was not resolved.
To make matters worse, my trial period ended just one day before this excessive charge was taken, and now I am being told I would have to pay a €100 fee to cancel.
Overall, a very frustrating and stressful experience. I would not recommend this company.
