My holiday has been ruined. Since the brand switched to this courier, I've received multiple packages marked as 'delivered' or 'hold for instructions' that never reach me. Customer service claims it takes three days from the marked delivery, but why is it marked delivered? It's been a month since I ordered. I won't be ordering from that brand again as long as they use this service.
