I have been ordering online for many years, and this has been the most frustrating experience of my life. After waiting a month for my package to arrive in my country, the delivery took forever and ultimately got lost. They didn't even bother to knock or ring the bell, despite me being home the entire time. I received a message stating they couldn't deliver because there was a chair in front of my front door. I live in a bungalow, and they easily could have used the side door, which is clearly visible and more accessible than the front. All my other deliveries have successfully used that side door. Did they even attempt to knock or ring the bell to let me know they were there? I was home! As a result, I still do not have my package. I feel the service is incompetent; this company is truly the worst.
This experience has made my holiday season very disappointing. Since the brand I order from started using this service, I've consistently received packages marked as 'delivered' or 'hold for instructions' that never come. When I contact support, I'm told it takes three days from the delivery date. If that’s true, why are they marked as delivered? It's been a month since I ordered, and I won't be ordering again as long as they use this courier.

The seller claims the shipping issues are due to weather, but communication from them is also lacking. Make sure to check if your order is being shipped with this service.
